  4. Engagement Terms
    Once the selected advisor(s) and you agree on the terms of engagement (including duration, fee, meeting frequency, advisor availability, confidentiality, etc.), both parties sign off on the agreement.

  5. Advisory Commencement
    The engagement begins, with a minimum duration of 3 to 6 months, depending on the nature, requirement and level of engagement.

  6. Payment Settlement
    At predetermined intervals, you pay us, and we subsequently pay the advisor - after deducting our fee and transaction charges.
